We accept returns of full-priced items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
We accept returns of sale items (49% off or below) within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: All sale items that are 50% off or greater, Personalized or Custom Orders, Gift Cards
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit or gift card will be provided.
Store Discretion:Kramer Drive reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If you return an item using a return label we provided, $10.95 will be deducted from the refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
